Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 business day. Delivery takes 1–2 business days after handover to the courier.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We ship with Econt — one of the largest courier networks in Bulgaria, with offices throughout the country.
You can choose delivery to an address, to an Econt office, or to an Econtomat (automated parcel station), by selecting the convenient option for you when ordering.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment on the courier's website.
Can I pick up the order from the store?
Yes, it's free. We will notify you when the order is ready. Sofia, 7 Akademik Yordan Trifonov Str. Mon–Fri 10:00–19:30, Sat 10:00–16:00.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. The product must be in its original unopened packaging.
